Commercial Property Inspection
When you hire Holmes and Watson to perform a Commercial Property Inspection, you get the most qualified commercial inspectors around. Each commercial inspection is performed by two licensed inspectors. Not only do they each have their own Inspector license, they are also both licensed Building Contractors, meaning that they are licensed by the state of North Carolina to build commercial structures as well as inspect them. Not only this, but they also have all the other certifications you see here.
Radon Gas Testing:

Repair Verification/ Follow Up Inspection:

Deck Inspection:

11 Month Inspections
Most, if not all, new construction houses come with a 1 year warranty. During the 11 Month Inspection our inspectors look for defects that may have been missed, or may have surfaced over the last year. Many clients use these reports as the 1 year list for their builder so they get a clean 'refresh' of their house going into the second year.
